I was bored of diets and than I started following Mind and Muscle project on Twitter. I started following some advices there and than plunged into it. Now I am feeling much better and hope I will continue down this path.

I had been following Mind muscle pro for a while on Twitter and their posts really made me get to know stuffs which I had no idea about earlier. On a random day since I had a free medical checkup given my company i went ahead ah took the blood tests. Just a background about me, I play football regularly, used to run long distance regularly, I have even finished 110km ultra marathon. So basically in my mind I thought I am a fit person. The results came and it gave me a shock.
All the markers which I have seen on their Twitter posts were right in front of me. It was all way off the mark and it gave me a chill. I reached out to Dev immediately and talked with him and joined the program. Once the program started, it was a bit difficult in the start especially to limit the carbs but once I got the hang of the diet I was pretty happy with it. 

I had 2 meals per day and got regular feedback on what is good and what things i should avoid from Dev and Arpita. One thing about their diet plan is it’s sustainable. It’s easy to make it as a lifestyle. It’s not like the stop eating or restrictions based on calories. So it made me get into a routine and even on days while I went out I started eating things which were good for me. They even tell you things you can order if you head out.
Overall after 3 months of being with them, I feel good from the inside. Now I can’t even think of going back to the diet I had been having previously.

I signed up with Dev and Arpita 6 months back. Never thought we would achieve what we’ve achieved. Weight down by 20 + kgs. Never felt fitter and energetic.
5 months back I remember calling Dev at midnight voicing my concerns on LCHF and carnivore diet and Dev taking the time to answer all queries.

The journey started in mid of January when I got the shocker after looking at my blood markers as part of my annual health checkup. As I have been moderately active in the previous year all throughout, I couldn’t able to accept this anomalies in my report. Then started looking for proper guidance and thankfully got to know about Mr Dev and Ms Arpita. And after that there’s no looking back. I had a brief chat with Dev and then joined his program. Based on his suggestion I went for Fasting Insulin testing and it was again not good. Based on their feedback I shared my usual food habits for few days and after analysing everything they chart out a plan both eating habit and workout plan. My task was simple, just to follow that like a school student. 

After 3 months when I did the testing April, I couldn’t believe that there such an improvement. Have never thought that without medicine my blood markers can improve as I had these anomalies in early 2022 and then doctor has suggested for medicine, did continue for 3 months, nothing changes, so dropped the medicine. Started doing working and try to be moderately active, but again no improvement. 

And the last 3 months intervention did the real change which I have been waiting for since past 2+ years. Will be forever grateful to these two noble soul for showing the path. Words will be fall short to express my gratitude. Thank you so much both you. Wish you the best!

Since following your dietary recommendations, I have seen remarkable improvements in my health metrics:


Fasting Insulin: My fasting insulin levels have significantly decreased, which has positively influenced my overall metabolic health. Before the start, my insulin level was 10.99 and towards the end, it reduced to 3.9.


Waist Circumference: I have experienced a noticeable reduction in my waist size, contributing to a healthier body composition. It was reduced from 90-91 cm to 85 cm. My waist to height ratio put me back in normal, it was above normal levels earlier.

I highly recommend dev and arpita for their personal mentoring, each question asked is well explained and answered. Most importantly,they were so regular on taking follow ups on daily diets which ensures one follows their diet plan strictly . For me this programme was more of a self check on eating habits and differentiate b/w right and wrong as per my health conditions and blood markers. Also to highlight during initial assessment on my health, dev recommended one of the blood marker (homosystene) and the adverse result of which surprised us the most which is now improved using suggested supplement !!
