I had been following their Twitter handle for several months and learnt a lot of things about questions I had in my mind regarding insulin resistance and diabetes.
I reached out to him 3 months ago for 1 on 1 coaching. Based on their suggestion, I took the tests suggested and as expected, the results showed all my crucial markers were way below par. He suggested a few changes in my diet along with a few additional supplements/ medicines I can take. The focus throughout was on the diet. Over the next 3 months, he and Arpita constantly guided and corrected me in following the diet. A few of their suggestions I couldn’t follow due to practical limitations in my lifestyle. I had been following their account on X for quite sometime and did an analysis of quite a few nutrition influencers to get myself sorted out.
I had a pre consultation talk with Dev and which impressed me. I find them no nonsense straight to the point.
I found it very easy to follow their way of eating, Knowing the macros and continuing with it.

My gratitude to you both for all that you did for me over the last 6 months. I was proud of myself in April/May last year for shedding so much weight and getting healthy but I wasn’t measuring it right. With you the journey has been of unlearning and relearning so much. The difficulty of your work comes out when I try to convince my friends and family to eat healthy. What they call “diet” I call clean eating, and it has done miracles for me:
1. I suffered from acidity since 1994 and 29 years later, it just miraculously disappeared.
2. I was taking 2 different pills for BP since 2010. After 13 years, I stopped. I would have never known that was possible at all
3. For a South Indian like me to give up rice and idli/dosa was unimaginable. I did, and the benefit is great.
4. For most of 2022 and 23, I starved. I was always hungry but the weighing scale kept me going. Now I eat as much as I can, never feel full or bloated, I’m never hungry and I still weigh approximately the same. Unbelievable
5. Surviving on eggs and meat in a Brahmin household is unimaginable. Yet it happened.
6. Knee pain, neck pain, lower back pain all gone. Unexplainable pain (probably from muscle loss) disappeared since I added exercise to the regimen.
So, like you said yourself, I am healthier than most people my age. People who know me can’t believe it. A friend who saw a recent pic called to ask if I was ill. The weight loss was unbelievable to him. The best part is, even my doctor loves you guys!

When I thought that’s my end, I need to survive with this autoimmune all my life I was devastated. That’s when I came across these angels (Dev and arpita). I have been following them for more than a year but was hesitant to ask about my condition. When I saw his tweet on this I approached him and he was sure that it can be put under remission. Trusted him and taken on it. We had a discussion and told him I will do whatever need to be done I followed him blindly. And here am without any medications & my condition under very much control. It’s 3 Months since we started the journey. It was Fantastic Experience for me. Lost nearly 8 Kg in this period. Dropped around 3.5% Body fat. Many more Blood Markers would have improved. Test results are yet to come. The things in your Methodology which help me a lot : 1. No calorie Tracking. This simple step played a crucial role in my journey. I was a person who used to track each meal everyday, since I was tracking calories, I always take junk in limited quantity which fits my Calorie Budget. Some of them were Biscuits,Cakes Chocolates, Carbonated Drinks,etc. Somehow I was going out of track twice in a month. Whenever I go out of track, I eat 3-4x of my daily calorie intake. The change which worked for me was No calorie Counting. If I am hungry, I have extra 2-3 eggs or cheese or plain paneer or Ghee roasted chicken. I didn’t worry about crossing the calorie budget, this simple trick helped not to go out of track. No craving at all. Ultimately This was sustainable. It’s been 3 Months since I had junk food myself ( was Forced to have in 1-2 Instances) 2. Started Reading Ingredients. I read all the ingredient labels of product which I bought in the past 3months. Surprisingly, 70-80% of the items which I thought was healthy or normal were not. Tomato Sauce Ketchup contains high amount of Sugar, Mayonnaise contains high amount of seed oil, Marinated Meat is prepared with seed oils, 100% real fruit juice contain sugar, Most of the protein bar were nothing but sugar with whey, seasoned Dry fruits had high amount of oil, Honey in Market had sugar. This step is helping me to be very choosy. Most of the Unhealthy Food is being cut at this point. Junk which enters your kitchen only enter your body. 3. Having good amount of Good fat : Having fatty foods helped me control my craving and the diet were sustainable. You people know that I just had 4-5 Eggs as my 1st Meal this whole period. This was not boring at all as it was nutritional sufficient. Your coaching was not just about getting fit in 90 days but how to be eat healthier in the longer run, You did not ask me to do anything crazy for results. Results were the outcome of Fundamentally Correct Eating Habits.
