Mind Muscle Project

I was always someone who cared more for my mind than my body. At the end of 2023, I was experiencing very low energy levels, disturbed sleep and could get very little done in a day. I wanted 2024 to be an year where I cared for my body and actually understood what is happening with it.

I’ve always been on the heavier side and lost 10-12 kgs easily in a few months. But I could never sustain it. One trigger and I would rapidly gain weight again. So, this time I wanted to do things differently and sustainably. And the best thing I did was to get Dev and Arpita as coaches.

Here are a few things I loved about working with them:
They start with a complete health check and do a holistic health assessment rather than just focus on weight loss
They ensured deficiencies such as Vit D, B-12 and Iron are addressed
They answered all of my questions very patiently and guided me to the right resources to understand further
They were very strict about accountability and provided feedback on meals every single day.


I did not have to measure my food in gms. By the end of three months, I could visually put things on plate and still eat right

My preferences were taken into account when preparing my diet plan and they allowed me to experiment and make gradual changes while nudging me in the right direction


When I was having a really bad day and terrible cravings, I felt safe enough to ask them what ice cream I can eat and they actually suggested something I can consume once in a while. They even tell you what are things you can eat if you need to eat out. So, no matter what your lifestyle or schedule you can still stay true to your health.

I have been working with dev sir since the inception of mindmusclepro project and this has been an amazing experience. Dev sir has a more calming approach to a person, making sure that the person feels comfortable. He doesn’t rush into the routine nor go overboard with diet by tracking every calorie.
